What should I send you to get a useful answer?
Whatever you already have. Drawings, an inspection or engineer's report, a recertification notice, photographs, or just the building's age and what is failing. The more specific the input, the more specific the scope you get back.
Do I have to know which service I need before contacting you?
No. The form paths exist to route you faster, not to test you. If you are not sure whether a problem is structural, mechanical or waterproofing, describe the symptom and it gets routed on our side.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day. If a building has an active life-safety issue or an inspection deadline running, say so in the first line and it moves up the queue.
Do you work with condominium boards and property managers directly?
Yes, and that is a large share of the work — recertification, milestone and SIRS-driven capital projects, restoration and MEP. Board decisions have their own procedural requirements, so your association's counsel and documents govern that side of it.
